Shipping
We currently ship across India.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive the tracking details via email.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
Returns & Exchanges
As our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
All purchases are final.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request, please email us at aunaespecia@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged product
- An uninterrupted unboxing video showing the package being opened
Once we’ve reviewed the details, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at aunaespecia@gmail.com.
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been packed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
