About This Blend
Semolina blended with Bengal gram, black gram, curry leaf, and cashew—made to turn into soft, savoury idlis with just curd, water, and a short rest. No fillers added to bulk up the mix; 250g makes about 10–12 idlis. Full method on the pack.

Ingredients
Semolina, Bengal Gram, Black Gram, Curry Leaf, Green Chilli, Cashew, Mustard, Salt, Groundnut Oil and Baking Soda. 

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch after every use, or transfer the contents to an airtight container. Always use a dry spoon.
